The SAGUNI Time Tracker is an internal tool for KIAGU staff. This policy explains what the browser extension and web app do with information.
Who it is for
The tools work only for people with an active KIAGU Google Workspace account who are signed in. They do not function for anyone else.
What is processed
When you use the timer or the extension popup, the fields you enter (category, task, an optional Notion task link, and notes) and your timer actions are sent to the Time Tracker service, authenticated by your existing signed-in session. Your time entries are stored in the Time Tracker's database under KIAGU's internal data policies.
What is not done
The extension stores no personal data on your device, sets no cookies of its own, contains no analytics or advertising, and uses no remote code. Nothing is shared with any third party; the tools communicate only with KIAGU's own service. Data is not sold and is not used for any purpose unrelated to time tracking, nor for creditworthiness or lending.
Permissions
The extension requests access to the Time Tracker's own domains solely to call its API, and a timer/alarm permission solely to keep the toolbar badge accurate. It requests no other permissions and reads no web page content.
